CCA’s Cloud Service
From On-premises (system purchasing) to Cloud ServiceChorus Call’s Cloud type Conferencing Service is a service which allows our customers to easily hold multiple location conferences anytime at any amount without purchasing an expensive Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) or having designated management personnel.
As well as compressing fixed assets and investments, the support system for management and operation is comprehensive enabling our customers to have an overwhelming cost merits. Customers are able to concentrate on essential “holding conferences”.

There is no need of purchasing a system for using the Remote Multi-point Conferencing services. The recent trend is Cloud. The difference between a Cloud which does not need a server and an On-premise which the customer must purchase is large.
Operating servers and the work load for system renewal is enormous, and investment increases as you add new features. Problems such as not being able to cope with the increase of base locations of few times in a year can be solved by Cloud.
The condition which a worker in the IT Department must be standing by in every important conference is a large burden on the division in charge. CCA will also provide on-site support.
The customer needs to prepare only the video endpoint. Even if you do not have a special endpoint, you can immediately start if you have a PC or mobile device.
Mobile Video Conferencing with Free Software
If you cannot prepare enough video conference endpoints or if you are on a business trip, you are able to join the video conference using a mobile device.
